Former Governor Quinn Portrait Full Of Legacy Images

When you see former Governor Pat Quinn’s official Statehouse portrait, you can’t help but notice the background images. That’s on purpose. Quinn unveiled his portrait yesterday in Springfield. It’s filled with images like a Gold Star for veterans, and an image to mark when Illinois raised the minimum wage. Former Governor Rod Blagojevich is still the only former governor without a portrait in the Capitol.
