Kendall Co Man Charged with Child Porn Possession

Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan’s office has announced that a Kendall County man was charged on Friday with possessing child pornography.  This arrest came as part of the statewide initiative “Operation Glass House,” which aims to apprehend the most active offenders who download and trade child pornography online.

Forty-seven year old Marco Hernandez of Yorkville was charged in Kendall County Circuit Court with five counts of possession of child pornagraphy, two of them Class 2 Felonies and three of them Class 3 Felonies.  Bond has been set at $50,000; with a court date scheduled for Tuesday June 7th.  This is the 80th arrest since Madigan began “Operation Glass House” in August of 2010.
