Naperville Amtrak Shooting Victim Identified, Charges Pending

Charges are still pending against a Wisconsin man accused of shooting an Amtrak train conductor at a suburban Naperville Metra station.  The victim, 45-year-old Michael Case from Homewood, remains hospitalized.  Police  say the suspected shooter remains in custody.  He’s accused of firing a shot through a train window at a conductor on the train platform.
