Accused family killer Christopher Vaughn could be on trial as soon as this summer. Judge Dan Rozak set a trial date for August 13. The trial is estimated to last about two months. Vaughn is accused of killing his wife and three children while traveling to a waterpark in Springfield back in 2007. Vaughn's attorneys will be back in court on March 23 to debate what evidence will be made admissible.
