Bears running back Matt Forte is fine with the team using the franchise tag on him as long as it leads to a long-term deal.  Bears president and CEO Ted Phillips said on Tuesday that he has no intentions of letting Forte become a free agent.  Forte made the Pro Bowl this past season in the final year of his rookie contract.  The franchise tag date is February 20th.
