The Joliet Police Department will be closing select roadways in Downtown Joliet starting at 8 AM Wednesday morning in preparation for Race Fan Rally. The following roadways will be closed starting at 8 AM: Chicago Street from Jefferson to Jackson, Van Buren Street from Ottawa to Scott, Clinton Street from Joliet to Scott, and Cass Street from Ottawa to Scott. By 5 PM Cass Street will be completely closed, with westbound Cass Street traffic being diverted north on Scott Street to westbound Jackson Street. Race Fan Rally will be running Wednesday evening from 5 PM to 11 PM.
