Investigations into Body in Joliet, Shooting in Crest Hill
Joliet Police continue to investigate the weekend death of a 35 year old Franklin Park man found deceased in his brother\'s Joliet apartment after a night of drinking. Marco A Salazar was found dead on the floor in the 300 block of Youngs Avenue. The family said he had been drinking while watching a boxing match.
Joliet Police have also confirmed that they assisted Crest Hill Police Sunday night during the 8 PM hour in a shooting as a party was breaking up on Manor Court. Two people suffered leg wounds. No word from Crest Hill Police yet on if any arrests were made.
