Another Record For COVID-19 Cases In Illinois

Illinois continues to set records for COVID-19 cases. State health officials reported 12-thousand-six-hundred-and-57 new cases yesterday, beating the old record set the day before by 34 cases. Illinois also reported 145 additional coronavirus-related deaths, the most since May. Officials are encouraging residents to stay at home as much as possible for the next three weeks, leaving only for necessary activities.

Meanwhile, it’s not an order but a recommendation. Illinois Department of Public health is recommending people work from home for the next three weeks, only leave home for essential activities, limit travel and limit gatherings.
