Aurora Shooting Victim Sues State Police

One of the men shot by the gunman at an Aurora plant is suing the Illinois State Police. Timothy Williams says the State Police didn’t do their job and flag shooter Gary Martin when his FOID card was revoked. Martin killed five people in that shooting. He wasn’t supposed to have a gun. Williams says the State Police were negligent in not following through and taking Martin’s pistol after he was flagged.
