Bail is denied for a man accused of driving through Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg earlier this month. Javier Garcia is charged with felony counts of terrorism and criminal damage to property. Prosecutors say Garcia crashed an SUV through the entrance of Sears store and drove into the common area on September 20th. No one was seriously hurt and the damage to the mall and Sears store is currently estimated at over 110-thousand-dollars. Garcia was released from a mental health facility on Friday and taken into police custody.
