Bill Would Put Tighter Restrictions On E-Cigarettes

A new bill would ban the use of e-cigarettes in all indoor public places. The measure would build on the Smoke Free Illinois Act of 2008, which banned smoking inside most public vehicles and buildings. The bill passed the Senate public health committee Tuesday and will soon go to the full Senate.
