Bishops Protest Abortion Bills

The Catholic Church is continuing to fight against two abortion bills moving through the Statehouse. Six Catholic bishops spoke out about the bills at the Capitol yesterday. One measure would remove the requirement to notify parents of a minor’s abortion. The other is aimed at removing restrictions on a woman’s choice to have a baby or an abortion. Both bills remain in House committees.
