Chief Judge of Will County Extends Covid-19 Protocols Till Mid May

On April 16, 2020, Chief Judge Richard C. Schoenstedt issued an Administrative Order that will extend all Covid-19 protocols, until May 15, 2020 at 4:30 p.m. These Orders and protocols limit Court operations to only necessary hearings, postpone jury trials and expand the use of technology to give the public and the Court community the best opportunity to remain healthy during this crisis.
