COVID-19 Vaccination Bills Proposed In Illinois House

Illinois legislators are proposing bills concerning COVID-19 vaccines. State Representative Adam Niemerg has introduced the Freedom Act. The legislation makes it illegal to discriminate against someone because of their vaccine status. Meanwhile, Representative Jonathan Carroll presented a bill earlier this week requiring unvaccinated residents to pay their own medical bills if they contract the virus.
