COVID Cases Continue To Rise In Illinois

COVID cases continue to rise in Illinois. Numbers from the state health department show Illinois is averaging nearly 22-hundred new cases of the coronavirus per day. That is an increase of 25-percent over the past week. Despite the jump in cases, hospitalizations and ICU admissions have remained mostly steady. No COVID deaths were reported Sunday or yesterday.
