Deadly Crash On I-355 In New Lenox: Victim Identified

The Will County Coroner’s Office is reporting the death of Joseph Lullo, a 61 year-old resident of Elk Grove Village, IL. Mr. Lullo was involved in a motor vehicle crash on Northbound Interstate 355, off of Eastbound Interstate 80 in New Lenox, on August 29, 2023 and was pronounced deceased on scene at 5:26 p.m. The vehicle lost control and went over the ramp to I-80 before rolling over multiple times. The matter is being investigated by the Illinois State Police. Final cause and manner will be determined after autopsy, police, and toxicological reports are completed.
