The number of voters using early voting and vote by mail is growing in Illinois. The State Board of Elections says 21-percent of the more than four-million votes cast in the November 8th were submitted at early-voting sites, while nearly 18-percent were cast through the mail. That is an increase from the last midterm election in 2018. The board certified the election results Monday.
