It is election day in Chicago. Polls open at 6 a.m. and close at 7 p.m. Fourteen candidates are running for mayor. If no candidate reaches 50-percent of the vote, then the top two finishers will face off in an April 2nd runoff. Voters will also decide contests for City Clerk, City Treasurer and the Alderman in each of the city’s 50 Wards.
