Update: Emergency Repairs On I-80 Westbound Has Two Lanes Blocked

All clear on I-80 westbound following emergency pot hole repairs that shut down two lanes.
A piece of steel sticking out of an expressway is a recipe for disaster. Emergency road work to repair a pothole showing rebar needs patching along westbound I-80. As a result two lefts lanes are closed and traffic is backed up from Francis Road to the Des Plaines River Bridge.
