Former Illinois Governor Pat Quinn could be running for office again next year. The Democrat will be holding a news conference today in Chicago to unveil his 2023 political plans. He has hinted that he may run for Mayor of Chicago. Quinn served as Illinois governor from 2009 to 2015.
