Fatal Crash On I-55 Takes Life Of Bourbonnais Man

A 34-year old Bourbonnais resident was pronounced deceased at the Amita Bolingbrook hospital at 3:35 a.m. on Sunday, July 28th following a crash on I-55 in Plainfield. The Will County Coroner reporting the death of William Jordan. He was the driver of a single vehicle crash. His vehicle left the roadway on northbound I-55 at mile post 261 in Plainfield on Sunday, July 28th.

Illinois State Police District 5 is investigating the crash. An autopsy is planned for today.
