The father of a man accused of a deadly shooting in Tennessee is facing weapons charges in Illinois.  A state’s attorney says Jeffery Reinking was charged yesterday with unlawful delivery of a firearm in Tazewell County Court.  Reinking is accused of giving an AR-15 to his son Travis even though he was a patient at a mental hospital in Peoria.  Travis is accused of shooting and killing multiple people at a Nashville Waffle House last April.
