Former Joliet Police Officer Reviewing Plea Agreement

Former Joliet officer Brian Nagra’s attorney is reviewing a plea agreement. Nagra, who was in court on Monday, is accused of padding in overtime hours and theft. The retired officer is being charged in Kendall County because the west side Joliet police station where he allegedly falsified his timecard is located in Kendall.
The next court date for Nagra is November 10th with Judge Robert Pilmer.
