Governor Hopes FDA Approval Of Booster Will Encourage Illinoisans To Get Vaccinated

Governor JB Pritzker says he hopes more people will get vaccinated against COVID-19 now that the FDA has approved the Pfizer booster shot. He adds that the federal nod may give those who are uncertain a nudge to accept the vaccine. Sixty-one-and-a-half percent of Illinoisans 12 and older are fully vaccinated.
