Governor Pritzker Signs Clean Energy Bill Into Law

Governor JB Pritzker is signing a clean energy bill into law that he says makes Illinois a national leader.  He says the legislation gets rid of the online payment fee for all customer utility bills.  The bill also has a goal of reaching 100 percent clean energy by 2050 and one million electric cars by 2030.  It also phases out coal and natural gas carbon emissions.
