Governor Pritzker Signs New Taxes, Part Of Infrastructure Bill

Rebuild Illinois legislation is now law. Governor J.B. Pritzker signed various bills Friday that were part of the capital infrastructure plan. Rebuild Illinois consists of appropriations for capital projects, revenue for construction, including new gas and cigarette taxes, bond authorization, and gaming expansion. The plan was passed with bipartisan support.
