This year’s Halloween is the snowiest on record in Chicago. The National Weather Service says three-point-four inches of snow fell in the city yesterday, shattering the daily record for October 31st set back in 2014. Yesterday was also the 2nd heaviest October calendar day snowfall behind the three-point-eight-inches that fell back on October 19th, 1989. Last month’s snowfall of nearly five-inches is now 2nd snowiest October ever recorded in Chicago.
