Homer Glen Man Charged With Carjacking Chicago Radio Host’s Porsche

A Homer Glen man is accused of carjacking a Chicago radio morning show host. Police say a truck rear-ended Maze Jackson’s Porsche on Tuesday near the corner of 24th and State Streets. After a brief tussle, defendant William Nixon jumped in the car and took off. The suspect was arrested later in the day in west suburban Aurora. Nixon, who is charged with vehicular hijacking and possession of a stolen vehicle, is expected to appear sometime today in court.
