Illinois Farmers Prepare To Plant Industrial Hemp

Illinois farmers are preparing to plant industrial hemp. The state started accepting applications yesterday to plant the crop. The state has 30 days to accept or decline applications. Farmers will pay a fee and have to fill out detailed applications to get licensed.
