Illinois Lawmakers Return To Springfield This Week

Illinois lawmakers are heading back to the Illinois Capitol this week. Lawmakers are due back in session tomorrow, and it’ll be the last day for the 100th General Assembly. There is a chance they could vote on a number of long-stalled issues, but there’s not much anticipation that they will. On Wednesday, new Governor J.B. Pritzker will take his oath of office and a new General Assembly will begin its work.
