Illinois Meat Company Recalls Thousands Of Pounds Of Beef

An Illinois meat company is recalling thousands of pounds of beef. The USDA announced yesterday that Aurora Packing Company is recalling nearly five-thousand pounds of beef heel and chuck tender products over E. coli concerns. The products were shipped to Illinois, Iowa, and Wisconsin and were packed on February 27th.
