Illinois Moves To New Phase In COVID Vaccination Plan

Illinois is moving into what state health officials are calling Phase One-B-Plus of the COVID-19 vaccination plan.

Residents 16 or older with disabilities or underlying conditions who haven’t been part of earlier phases are now eligible to be vaccinated. The state broke a record Wednesday, vaccinating 130-thousand people. Governor J.B. Pritzker says he expects to hit the 100-thousand doses a day mark in mid-March.
