Illinois National Guard COVID-19 Infection Rate Under One Percent

A Lieutenant Colonel from Illinois National Guard Public Affairs says the COVID-19 infection rate among members is less than one-percent. The officer said Department of Defense Rules keep him from providing the exact number of cases among state guard members, but he did confirm it is a single digit number.
