Illinois Ranks 11th In Highest Gas Prices

Holiday travel and Hurricane Ida are driving up gas prices across the country. Triple-A’s most recent survey ranks Illinois 11th in the country for the highest gas prices. The organization says fuel prices in the state are above the national average at three-36 per gallon. The same survey shows California has the highest prices at four-39 per gallon and Mississippi has the lowest at two-79 per gallon.
