Illinois Release Deer Hunting Season Totals

Illinois is releasing preliminary totals of the 2022-2023 deer hunting season. Hunters in the state harvested just over 158-thousand deer during the archery and firearm seasons that concluded January 15th. That is more than last year’s total of just over 146-thousand.
