Illinois Republicans Upset Over Lawmaker Pay Increases In Budget

Illinois Republicans are upset over lawmaker pay increases they say are included in the 2021 budget.  The 40-billion dollar measure is headed to Governor J.B. Pritzker’s desk.  Pritzker insists that the pay raises aren’t going to happen, that they aren’t included in the appropriations bill.
