Illinois Senate Passes Marijuana Legalization Bill, Sent To House

Illinois is moving closer to legalizing recreational marijuana. The state Senate passed a legalization bill yesterday, sending it to the House for final action in the last two days of the session. The vote was bipartisan, with two Republicans joining 36 Democrats in supporting it.
