Illinois Seniors Get Extension of Driver’s License Renewals

Illinois seniors are getting an extension on driver’s license renewals. The Secretary of State’s office says Illinois drivers over age 74 will have an extra year to renew their licenses because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Around 147-thousand drivers who are 75 or above has expired or expiring driver’s licenses this year.
