Illinois State Fair Holding Vaccinations, Taking COVID-19 Precautions

Illinois State Fair organizers are responding to the COVID-19 pandemic in an effort to keep the event open. The fair kicks off today and will feature pandemic precautions, such as indoor mask requirements. Vaccination tents will also be available. Proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test within the last three days from some will be required for admission to the grandstand or standing room only area where large crowds gather for concerts.
