Illinois’ Vaccine Count Tops One Million

The state of Illinois has received over one-million coronavirus vaccine doses and has given-out nearly half of them. The Illinois Department of Public Health yesterday said the state has received just over a million doses of the vaccine, including some specifically earmarked for nursing homes and long-term care facilities. The IDPH says doctors and nurses have administered 495-thousand doses so far.
