J. B. Pritzker Is Sworn In As Illinois Governor

J.B. Pritzker is officially the 43rd governor of Illinois.  He was sworn in Monday morning in Springfield with Lieutenant-Governor Juliana Stratton and other state constitutional officers.  Pritzker said that he plans to work toward balancing a budget, get rid of hyper-partisanship and give the middle class a break.  He will have to work fast considering his first budget speech is set for February 20th.
