Update: Joliet Bank Robbery Under Investigation

Joliet Police reporting the bank robbery suspect has identified and taken into custody. It was 9:30 a.m. on Thursday that Joliet Police officers were called to the First Midwest Bank of Joliet located at 1415 W. Jefferson Street in reference to a robbery. No one was injured in the robbery and the suspect left prior to the arrival of officers. The Federal Bureau of Investigations responded to the scene and is now leading the investigation.
