Joliet Public Library Will Be Closed To Public But Black Road Branch Open To Vote On Tuesday

Joliet Public Library, in conjunction with the Joliet Public Schools and Joliet Park District, will close to the public in order to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 from Saturday, March 14th through Tuesday, March 31st.
Staff will continue to work from 9-5 PM Monday through Saturday and 1-5 PM Sunday, and will provide drive through services at Black Road, and virtual reference, to patrons.
All holds for pickup at Ottawa Street Branch will be routed to Black Road as of Tuesday, March 17th, through March 31st, for pickup.
Book drops will remain open, and hotspots may be returned in the bookdrop while we are closed.
Joliet Public Library’s Black Road Branch will remain open to patrons for polling purposes only on Tuesday, March 17th, from 6 AM-7 PM.
