Judge Allows NorthPoint Annexation Vote to Move Forward

A Will County Judge has ruled against Stop NorthPoint and will allow the city of Joliet to move forward with a planned annexation vote. Lawyers for Stop NorthPoint LLC filed a complaint in Will County to stop hearings on the annexation of land within Joliet for the Compass Business Park. The vote on that annexation is set for December 21st.
