Judge Ordered To Reconsider Request To Put United Vaccine Policy On Hold

A federal appeals court is ordering a judge to reconsider a request by United Airlines employees to put its vaccine policy on hold.  The employees asked the judge to block the Chicago-based airline from putting workers exempt from its COVID-19 vaccine mandate on unpaid leave.  The judge denied their request, finding they failed to “show they would suffer imminent, irreparable harm.”  The federal appeals court ruled yesterday that employees who remain on unpaid leave are suffering irreparable harm.
