Judge Rules For IHSA In Lawsuit

A judge is siding with the Illinois High School Association in a lawsuit over the possible return of fall sports. The Honorable Paul Fullerton ruled yesterday that Illinois fall sports will be played in the spring as they had been rescheduled by the IHSA because of COVID-19. Those filing the suit had asked for a restraining order against the IHSA’s decision to modify the season.
