July One of Wettest On Record

Meteorologists say July was one of the wettest months on record for Illinois.  Rainfall was between one to six inches above normal in areas north of I-80 while south central Illinois area were up to nine inches above normal.  On the other hand, drought conditions continue in east central Illinois counties.
