Lawmakers Considering Car Search Based On Smell Bill

Illinois lawmakers are considering a bill that would prevent police from searching someone’s car based on how it smells.  Supporters of the measure believe it will limit the amount of searches that officers conduct.  Critics say it could lead to public safety issues.
