Lifting Of Illinois’ Indoor Mask Mandate On Hold

There is still no word when the state’s indoor mask mandate will be lifted. Governor JB Pritzker says the COVID-19 cases in Illinois are better than a few weeks ago but there are other factors like hospitalizations and infections in surrounding locations. He added that he’s concerned about recent surges in positive cases and hospitalizations in nearby Minnesota and Michigan.
