Lincoln-Way Mega Band Participates In Mokena 4th Of July Parade

The Lincoln-Way Marching Band begins their second season as a Mega Band with their first official performance of the 2017-18 school year. The performance will take place at the Mokena 4th of July Parade.

All Lincoln-Way Schools marching bands combined in the fall of 2015. The Mega Band was recognized numerous times throughout the 2016-2017 school year, competing locally, regional and nationally. The band participated in six parades through the school year and in October of last year the LWMB took first place in Class 6A at the Illinois State University Invitational, placing third overall. If you want to see the Mega Band this year, July 4th Mokena parade will be the place to see them.
